Daniel DeBruno is a 16 year Real Estate industry veteran and a 27 year fixture in the financial services community. He began his career in 1988 as a commodities broker and continued as a Stockbroker/ Financial Advisor with Dreyfus Funds, Dreyfus Investments, Mellon Bank and finally Citibank Investments. In 1999, he was hired as an Executive for TransGlobal Capital Investment Bankers, capitalizing on the opportunity to bring small business strategies to fruition through Angel financing and assisting with the Capitalization of Initial public offerings.
In 2001, DeBruno entered into the Mortgage Banking arena and later started 10-B Inc, a small Mortgage Brokering firm, based in the San Fernando Valley. In 2004, DeBruno merged 10-B with Equity 1 Lending, Inc., a mortgage brokering firm in it's infancy. As the CEO of Equity 1 Lending, he took the company from a start-up, to a major Mortgage Banking operation, selling mortgage backed paper to high level financial institutions.
In 2009, Daniel started DeBruno and Associates, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Company, specializing in the location and procurement of value properties for investor clients. Daniel has assisted countless Investment groups in the purchase, construction, rehab and sale of undervalued properties in the greater Los Angeles community, through the sourcing of short sale, distressed, foreclosure and Probate homes.
DeBruno has now directed his focus to Dwell California Real Estate & Investments. He brings the totality of his experience and his vehement belief in superior customer service to Dwell. He believes that an exclusive level of Customer Care will always result in the exeedance of customer expectations.
